About Future Path Leaders

Future Path Leaders is a student-led organization that gives young people opportunities to learn, lead, and serve. Through educational programs, community projects, career exploration, and mentorship, students develop skills they can use in school and beyond.

At FPL, we don't just talk about leadership; we put it into action. Our members engage in structured programs designed to build character through service.

The Season of Caring: Senior Blessing Project
Every December, FPL members honor our community’s elders to ensure no senior feels forgotten during the holidays.

• • The Mission: Delivering love and "Essential Care Kits" to local seniors who may not have holiday visitors.

  • The Goal: Distributing 200 kits filled with warm socks, personal care items, and comfort goods.

  • The Heart: Each kit includes a handwritten note of appreciation from our student leaders.

  • The Impact: Building a tradition of empathy and honoring the older generation through service.

Trimester Service Events:  Three times a year, FPL partners with Young Scholar Academy (YSA) to lead younger students through hands-on lessons in health, safety, and wellness.

Leadership Development Workshops:  We equip our members with real-world skills through hands-on training, including writing donation letters, designing surveys, and collecting pre- and post-program data to measure impact. These workshops prepare students to grow from curious learners into "Servant Leaders," while building a skill set that strengthens college applications and future careers.
